Yes, it’s time to Celebrate!

Think back to these last 30 days...maybe you would struggle to label all the ‘times’ so ‘good.’ There were times of struggle, days missed, and falling back into bad habits- for all of us! There might have been some misses, but what we’re here to CELEBRATE are all of the wins and the ways that you bounced back and kept going. All of those small successes that contributed to where you are right now...STRONGer!

Over the past month, you have gotten STRONG physically, but the journey doesn’t end here. You can achieve so much when you BELIEVE in yourself! Go back to previous weeks to try new workouts, recipes, classes, and head over to your local YMCA today to build your BODY!

On Day 1, you committed to prioritizing your mental health and over the last month, you have done exactly that! Stick with your community, whether that is an accountabili-buddy, the StrongLife Facebook Community, your YMCA, or anyone that supports & encourages you.
