The STRONG Challenge journey is like a bridge and we’re halfway there! Each step you’ve taken has brought you further on your journey to strength and should be celebrated.

This week, let’s ACCELERATE forward, continuing to put one foot in front of the other to complete the STRONG challenge. Trusting in yourself, your community, the skills you’ve gained so far, and celebrating the small wins--- we can move forward together to accomplish new goals.

BODY

Commit to 150 minutes of activity each week!  That is only 30 minutes for 5 days of the week.

MIND

Take our Yoga journey with Coach Allison, find peace of mind & join her live on Wednesday 11/3, at 6pm EST Yoga Journey Yoga Live on Zoom

Find an accountability buddy who will provide the motivation you’ll need to stick with your goals! StrongLives is a weekly virtual small group meeting to help you stay accountable. Join us Tuesdays at 9:30am EST & 3:00pm EST
