You’ve been asked to try new things in this STRONG challenge. Your body has been stretched beyond your comfort zone. This week you will be challenged to EXPAND on what it means to be STRONG...finding ways to remove social or emotional barriers in your life that prevent you from engaging with others, exploring your spirituality, and making an impact in your community. If we make choices to EXPAND our comfort zone, we find new ways to be STRONG


Commit to 150 minutes of activity each week!  That is only 30 minutes for 5 days of the week.

Find an accountability buddy who will provide the motivation you’ll need to stick with your goals! StrongLives is a weekly virtual small group meeting to help you stay accountable. Join us Tuesdays at 9:30am EST & 3:00pm EST
