When you look in the mirror, what do you see? Do you see what others see in you? Strength. Resilience. Perseverance. Commitment. This week is all about finding that inner-you that is worth believing in. This week, wipe clean that old mirror... the one that returns negative and emptying thoughts--- it’s time to BELIEVE in yourself and to find those qualities that shine and make you STRONG.

BODY

Commit to 150 minutes of activity each week!  That is only 30 minutes for 5 days of the week.

MIND
