Welcome to my blog! I want to take the time to tell you a little bit about me, and what the whole purpose of this is. I will continue this blog anonymously, because what my name is, and where I live doesn’t matter in this context. This is all about making drastic positive change in ones life.
I am 36 years old. I’ve gone through a lot in my life, mostly inner turmoil that has brought me where I am today. So, where am I?
Well-
I am a manager for a large company.
I have a family with beautiful children.
I have a home that many people would be envious of.
Etc, etc etc….
So from the outside view, everything is great. But now the reality-
I am a scared, fearful human being.
I have not let go of past hurts that plague me to this day.
I have very little courage to face things that conflict with me.
I have let some things in my life unfold without taking there responsibility for my mistakes….therefore they have taken a life of their own, and taking responsibility now means a lot more pain for everyone involved.
My life has become a house of cards just waiting to fall.
I have been a poor leader, and I have done my company an injustice by being a poor leader.
I have not lived up to my potential – which by the way is the greatest injustice of all.
Today things are changing!
